Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $158,000
Cash invested: $15,000

My first investment property is located in The Netherlands it cash flows just above 100€ a month

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Accidental, was intended as main residence but I ended up moving to Taiwan
