I've interviewed a few CPA's and am always hesitant due to cost, any thoughts around this are also appreciated!

If i were to interview a Private money broker i would ask the following. 

I have found a contractor I trust should any repairs be needed, secured a cheap month-to-month rental in the area I will be looking for when I start my search in April 2024, and am in the process of interviewing lenders recommended by BP and friends who own property in the area. 

The course seems legit but I just can’t find any real reviews other than people he interviews which I tend to trust but also don’t want to be too trusting.

Interview several and find one that works best for you.

It’s imperative that you interview multiple PM companies to ensure with one will be a good fit and balance your company’s guidelines as it relates to approving repairs.

I got to the "final interview" where you are pitched a course.

Kate Brown, I started in land investing in 2017 after hearing an interview with a land investor on the Bigger Pockets podcast.

We have a few partners that we had dinner with December last year and have not had anything that is a good fit for them just yet-- we are actually interviewing other appropriate GPs to partner with before approaching them, especially seeing as the deals of this scale are quite large (MF).
