A friend of mine attended one and found it incredibly helpful..they even walked through actual deals they've closed in the area.Don't overlook online resources either.

It seems thus far the motivations behind most posts are cost savings.

Does anyone have advice for the following:Is it a good idea to explore whether to rent out multiple rooms in single-family residences for the purpose of acquiring adequate cash flow:Does BiggerPockets Pro provide a way to find demographical data on specific sources and motivated sellers?  

I would find a motivated seller yourself if possible. 

This approach has been incredibly helpful, as many guests aren't aware of how damaging a 4-star rating and below can be, especially given the way review prompts are framed for them.

What is a bit fuzzy for me is once I find that motivated seller, how/where do I find a wholesaler's contract?

I heard people say to use Google Voice and set up a mailbox to get back to the motivated sellers, but is there a better way to handle leads when they start to come in?
