I’ve been in the market for two years now, and while the learning curve has been steep, especially in the NJ market, I’m committed to growing and improving every day.

I primarily worked with buyers, many of whom were family and friends. This was a great way to begin my journey, as my initial motivation for obtaining my real estate license was to purchase my own home, which I successfully did this year.

Now, I'm embarking on a new adventure as a real estate investor. My investment goals include building a portfolio of rental properties, focusing on both single-family homes and multi-family units. I aim to create a steady stream of passive income and achieve long-term financial stability. Additionally, I'm interested in exploring the BRRRR method (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) to maximize my investment returns.
