Aaron Anderson Unique Property in Strong Market - Sell or Rent?

Grading slopes toward the house, all plumbing is glued together, breaker box has double tapped wires, drywall is shotty, septic didn't perk but he put one in anyway, etc...My question is this:  With a home like this that could sell quickly once I make a few more repairs, would it be better to sell it outright or hang onto it for a long term rental?

I'm only planning to use it for mls access at the moment, and I'm wondering if it's difficult to find a broker who will allow you to "hang your license" with them if you do not bring in other business.

hi from austin tx. so been hanging around here trying to figure out how i wanted to get started. well figured it out. i am selling my house, cashing it out, because i do not want to use it as a rental. bought another house that i will hack then turn it into a rental in a cpl years but in the mean time i am looking at additional properties in areas outside of austin even out of state.my goal is 10 properties before i retire, from my current job, in 6 years. i am looking especially in rural areas.
