Hi , I'm 58 I live in OC California and I plan on retiring in a few years. I'd like to take my home equity and move to either Kentucky or Tennesee ,and start my realestate empire, by using the house hack technique. From what I see online, there seems to be a lot of low hanging fruit in those 2 states. Plus the wife and I ,both native Californians are pretty fed up with California.

Hi Phillip, I am in Lexington, KY.  This is a great city for rental properties.  Of course, Nashville, TN is on fire too.  I'd be happy to speak with you on what you are looking for.  Also, this is the second time I have seen someone mention the "house hack technique."  What is this?
