BP use to be a place an investor could go to dream, imagine, learn, thrive, even conquer.  

The family that we bought one home and rented another to, allowing them to purchase their dream home in a new state to be close to their daughter. 

Plus 90% of repairs can be put on a credit card.

I am a soon to be realtor in Illinois and have always been interested in investing, but decided recently that I was tired of dreaming and wanted to start doing.

Post cards are not necessarily cheap.

I’m just seeking for some input from the community and this is my only rental even though I do dream of becoming a real estate investor by acquiring rentals. 

Will they find the property send you a contact and then a thank you card or will they provide resources for tenant improvements, get tenants, stabilize the units, plan for the exit etc...
