I am a huge fan of traveling the world and exploring other cultures.

The lower half will be leased year-round to an established local community-culture organisation.  

Traditional people from cultures that actually respect marriage.Met a bunch of them.

But I want to pretty much have a diverse cash flow income. 

We are pretty diversified but the assets that funded the diversity is primarily from the RE appreciation.

But considering how diverse that area is, I'm guessing there isn't a typically Cap Rate. 

My advice would be to interview a few offices and when you walk around... try and get a feel for the culture of the office.

Brand new agent so training is important, culture, and sales activity.

They want hip and vibrant cultures usually.

I actually plan on getting a few homes in Norfolk to rent out just as a way to diversity my portfolio; however, I like how passive investing in notes can be, pending that proper due diligence is conducted before purchasing the note itself.
