Hi! My name is Jennifer Ramsey, and I am from Huntington Beach California. I am a SoCal native – born and raised in LA County. I am newer to the Bigger Pockets community, but have been investing in real estate for some time now. I have a few rental properties and have been actively wholesaling for a year now. I typically wholesale in LA and OC, but I will wholesale anywhere in the county if a deal presents itself.

My current business plan is centered around wholesaling to create revenue to invest in rental properties (BRRRR strategy) in positive cash flow and/or growth markets. In the longer term I would like to transition into other real estate investment strategies, such as flipping, tax liens, notes... It is important understand the market is constantly changing (the only constant is change) and one needs to adapt accordingly. You can do that by continuously evaluating your strategies and finding the "best one" for the current market conditions as well as having a diversified portfolio.

Ultimately, it’s about financial freedom. I would like to generate enough passive income to cover my living expenses and choose how I spend my time. I am a huge fan of traveling the world and exploring other cultures. I would like to make that more of a priority in my life and as such my investment strategies should allow me to work from anywhere in the world.

In terms of why I joined Bigger Pockets, I feel it is a great resource to network and develop connections as well as an awesome educational platform.
