there are a TON of these that are lemon lawed because BMWs supplier didnt get a fix for it very quickly so they just kept replacing bad fuel pumps with ones they knew were going to go bad pretty quick.

Probably better off making sure there's a couple of weeks worth of oil, give the new tenant the contact info for the oil supplier, and let them know that since it's their responsibility to pay the utilities they will need to arrange to have the tank filled.
