Here to have discussions with house flippers regarding their decision making
Hello all. Chris Connor here from [edited ] been in the kitchen and bath remodeling industry for over 20 years.
Since recently transitioning from remodeling to manufacturing (quite a change of pace!) and now offering our own line of cabinets nationwide, we are looking to target house flippers and apartment property managers to become their cabinet supplier.
I've personally had some success already in putting major money back into the pockets or budget of numerous house flippers. However, some have had us jump through numerous hoops which we are happy to do, but they seem to be quite difficult to close. I come here to openly discuss the decision making process a house flipper or property manager goes through when evaluating material supplying and things that go through their mind that I possibly am not understanding.
In the next 2-3 years, my business partner and I do plan on getting into real estate investing as well. So being a member here should only enhance my existing knowledge of real estate investing while also possibly helping my cabinetry sales now that we have finalized the manufacturing logistics and are ready to push inventory. I look forward to gaining knowledge from all of you as many of you seem extremely knowledgeable on the topic of REI in general.
Naturally, if I can reciprocate any knowledge, I am happy to do so! Generally speaking, that knowledge would include anything kitchen and bathroom related as well as digital marketing related (my primary focus in past positions).
Thanks for having me!
P.S. Seeing as I do not consider myself a real estate investor just yet, please let me know if any of my posts end up in the wrong area of the forum. Thanks.
