What kind of cabinets are you using in your rental properties, and what color are you painting them?

Off color, political, dirty, and the last, political, racist, and just nasty.He won't be seeing me again.

Do things in a process that can be repeated every time- property types/location, paint colors, rent listing templates, application and rental process, on and on.

I’m not too concerned about the color, just something that looks descent.

The good news is that successful Realtors come in all colors, sizes and personality types.  

Owner has ran into tough financial times and can't keep up the place or they overpaid for the property and do not have enough funds coming in with the tenants to make the repairs and the mortgage.Lot's of colors of the rainbow and nothing surprises me anymore as an investor myself or in my commercial broker capacity.
