Hello,I’m considering acquiring a ~11k SF industrial building which was formally leased by a car detailer but could serve various uses (storage/warehouse, manufacturing, etc.).The property is in okay condition but is fairly old and has a clear height of 14ft.For those with industrial experience, how long does it takes to find a small to mid sized industrial tenant?

Your real estate agent may be going after the wrong market for this manufactured home out on land.

What is great about this area is the diversity -- medicial, pharmeceutical, aerospace, manufacturing, technology, distribution centers, as well as a recovering sports and convention sector.

I ended up getting a carrier hvac system for 7817 with a 10 yr manufacturers warranty on parts.
