Customer Service at BP
I am a Premium member. I wish to cancel my subscription. I have gone thru the customer service email contact 3x in the last month and no one from BP ever calls or emails me. It says I must have help to cancel and cannot do so on my own via the dashboard. Anyone have any ideas on how i can get action????
