I think start by listening to as many as the bigger pockets podcasts you can.

I would recommend finding some local meetups and also that you listen to the Straight Up Chicago Investor's podcast that @Tom Shallcross and @Mark Ainley host.

Hi Everyone, I am new to the RE game but have been listening to the BiggerPockets content for some time now.

I have been a bigger pockets podcast listener for awhile now, read some books on Small multi fam, searched for deals and ran some analyst.

I am stuck in the analysis paralysis stage with reading books, listening to podcast, and watching videos.

I have been listening to podcasts, read, and subscribed to many of the different Bigger Pockets tools and resources.

I listen to the standard BP and many other RE ones, but am looking for some mindset podcasts, something you would expect from a life coach-esque person.

Every time real estate has come up over the last 3-4 years I get this deep excitement in me but never took the step to learn anymore, I really just hung onto what other people were doing and admired what they were building.Now that I have been listening to podcast, reading books, and telling people I am getting into real estate investing, the excitement grows and grows.
