New to real estate from Chicago, il.

Hey everyone in the BP world! I'm new to investing here. Always wanted to get into real estate just never had a plan or guidance. I found BP and now the sky is the limit! Just finished reading BP's book on "investing in RE with no money down". Will be starting their "rental property investing" book next. I'm looking to network and build some beneficial relationships for everyone involved.

Welcome! I would say my biggest advice would be to start DOING once you get a general understanding of how to invest and have a plan. Definitely start networking at meetups (@Mark Ainley has a list on his website of all the local meetups) and surround yourself with people who are already doing it/ in your shoes.
