Book and or Credible Resources Recommendation
Greetings,
I have never invested in Real Estate before and I'm seeking to invest. There's so much information that can seem contradictive and overwhelming. What book or credible resource would you recommend for me to read and or research?

Everyone should read Rich Dad, Poor Dad as an overview. Listen to a ton of podcasts, but source them for episodes with younger or newer investors so you are getting the information you need now, not in five years. Scroll up to the top where it says Bookstore and look through the BP books. They are excellent primers for new investors and serve as an overview of the processes.
