An old tenant removed all the carpet from the rooms and I’m not sure why, but I’ve been dealing with splinters from the wood splitting and so have my animals.

Lead is serious, little kids will eat the paint chips, because they have a sweet taste and it will cause irreversible damage to their brain.I have not dealt with this personally, because we replace windows as part of our standard renovation, but I would definitly check with the city and see if they have grants available to assist you.

Well...I guess that should be the goal.Again, you are making plenty of money, put it towards real estate and NOT: $4 coffees every day, eating out 3 times a day or not even once a day, gym memberships, bigger more expensive house for yourself that you don't need, more expensive car, etc.

But account for a couple things. 1) depreciation will offset your income 2) property manager, repairs and vacancy eat up more profit margin than you think.Depreciation to me was the biggest surprise.
