Rental question about landlord and how I can stop getting splinte
My landlord doesn’t like to keep up with my apartment and I’m not a high maintenance tenant. An old tenant removed all the carpet from the rooms and I’m not sure why, but I’ve been dealing with splinters from the wood splitting and so have my animals. What should I do about getting my landlord to get the wood floors refinished if he doesn’t want carpet?
