Tax question from a newbie

Greetings everyone. I hope you and your family's are well during this particularly challenging time. I'm actively reading and watching pod casts to learn not only what I don't know, but what I don't know I don't know, lol. If you're in San Antonio or the surrounding areas and an experienced investor, landlord, flipper etc. My schedule is week on, week off so I have long stretches of free time available to 'do the work'.

I would truly appreciate the opportunity to learn from your experiences and perhaps get some coaching as I enter the very exciting industry of REI.

Thanks,

Mike
