His legal bills are also covered by donations as well.Assuming his expenses are covered including food and shelter, you can make an argument that at the very least it is important for him to receive those donations in order to support his movements and ultimately keep him safe.This is further supported by his scrambling to keep his site up and running even though the leaked materials were already out.

No, but I'm in a very Red area, now if it were in a Baby Blue area, they might go so far as holding the dog food maunfacture just as responsible as the landlord.IMO, no, the landlord has to have a degree of negligence for contributory negiligence to be applied.

Given the solid base of knowledgeable posters who post here daily, that goes a long way to keep the undesirables from feeling too welcome.Still, I think upping the minimum post count before someone can post in the marketplace forums would be a good idea.
