There is no such objective type of comprehensive resource like you're describing I know of (there might be some people selling their own stuff).

EricIf you decide to transfer the ownership of the property to another entity, be sure to change the Insurance coverage to that entity. 

For example, a minimum of 25% down, higher credit scores, higher coverage ratios, etc..

We made an offer based on the real value of the house (albeit well above asking with a solid appraisal coverage), but unfortunately they ended up suckering someone to pay what they wanted. 

This was with $300k of liability coverage.
