Forget demolition costs - that's pennies compared to everything else!  

I tend to use the worksheet to find my magic number for the property and either watch until it comes down or compare the final sales price to what I needed the number to be and wonder if the new owner is making any money.

I'm currently in Midland Texas and am strongly consider a move to the San Antonio for the simple fact that the area has a solid market compared to my current area.

This is a trust tax designed to level the playing field so that tax-exempt entities do not drive taxpaying business out of business when they substantially act like a comparable commercial business.Because of this tax impact, flipping houses in an IRA may not be as lucrative as most folks think since the common assumption is that everything an IRA does is wholly tax-exempt.  

Compare the prices on the two different policies and I bet you as the owner of the facility will decide to offer a safe place for the tenants to BBQ away from the buildings?

How reliable and thorough do you suppose or know this info is compared to the info that a title company uses?

Home Depot will come by the house to give me an estimate, as well the other people who came talk to me.I will compare all the prices and keep posting the results here.The project I'm working now will be a nice come back deal, very profitable if everything goes according to plan.
