Even simple stuff that doesn’t require a professional is usually not done correctly by tenants most of them cant tie their own shoes they will not do it or do it poorly or cheap out with inferior replacements

I want to repurpose cool large buildings like white elephants into shared workspaces or loft spaces, tiny apts or something cool.Steve i was a guest at a self storage event in NOV in Vegas.  

4500 sq ft warehouse with offices and 1/2 acre outside storage in Jacksonville FL.

This would for my peace of mind purposes mean we'd be moving back to the States so I could oversee something like a self-storage or mobile home property. 

If the family is renting the townhome and using the basement for storage/laundry, then it shouldn’t effect the price.

I was up against a hard date to relocate, dwindling time in corporate housing and warehouse storage, and not many options in the housing market at the time to choose from.

I'm crossing over to cash flow income property after 10 years out of REI, apartments, storage, that kind of thing.
