Smoking medical marijuana is legal in California, but not recreational.

I live at the beach and we ran an Airbnb for about a year.....great fun and a bit of beer money, but then suddenly we received a cease and desist with threats of fines.

Permitted uses: Bed & Breakfast, Medical Office, Office in Home, and duplex & SFH.

I choose to ignore some of the opportunities in the office that won't be as helpful for me - medical issues mean I can't sit in a "class" prospecting for an hour without pain, let alone 2-3 per day for weeks.  

The medical field is a major employer of Cleveland residents.

Spaces that are under 10,000 SF can easily adapt of office space, medical space, and can work for hundreds of types of businesses.  

I am slowly recovering medically and doing things I have never been able to do.  

I have not been in a workforce in the medical area for the past 6 years.

I have been learning about investing full time about 15 months while I medically recover.  

I would envision the initial deal that you originally intended to close on.Then factor in the other issues: seller's lack of ability to sell without the old liens and his need to accelerate the sale due to medical issues.You can buy now but must engineer a way to reverse risk and put back on to seller.
