Hi Alex, I'm still learning myself (although it will always be that way) but now have several properties under contract.

A lot of people have to take the exam several times before passing. 

I'm looking to network with some section 8 landlords that have experience because I have several questions regarding that and whether it is worth looking into.

That works well if you consistently have a job and don't get paid a severance after getting laid off. 

This deal was presented to me by my plumber who has been maintaining this property for several years It is not currently on the market, the owners have become elderly and ill and they are firm on the price.
