This deal was presented to me by my plumber who has been maintaining this property for several years It is not currently on the market, the owners have become elderly and ill and they are firm on the price. It looks like a great deal to me and I'm viewing the property this week. It is 2 buildings with 7 units total, all sub-metered with 2 landlord meters. Major renovations done in 2008. Any input would be much appreciated.  What does everything think?
