Goal- buy multifam, house hack and refinance out

This RV area is located on one end of the property where a mobile home used to be and is right off of the private road, but that area is very narrow and awkward so building there wasn't the goal. 

Although my long term goal is appreciation in the value of the property, I am looking for an investment that either breaks even or has a positive cash flow in the short term.

All 3 units were occupied very quickly and the property is now cashflowing above our projections with vacancy rate (so far) below what we expected!

My goal is to find and fix everything that needs to be fixed before I have a tenant move in.

I know the general basics of the market, the business model, etc, but I was hoping to take my knowledge to the next level.My biggest goal right now is to own a rental property before I graduate college (currently a junior in high school).For context, I love reading books about investing and personal finance (I have a very solid foundation of knowledge built up) and I currently have a portfolio of about 11k between stocks and crypto. 

I moved here from Florida after seeing the projected growth.

I'm focusing on DIY projects and searching out the next killer deal that works with these interest rates, so when I refinance in the future, (5 year timeline is my bet) I'll be feeling great.

Tied to an SEC shelf registration where the issuing firm says they will issue debt over a period of time in the form of medium term notes.Depending on what role you want to play you may need to be licensed or otherwise regulated.MTNs are mostly for companies that want to borrow funds for projects, working capital, etc.
