Hello BiggerPockets!

I'm a grandmother looking to invest in properties for my grandchildren.  I am looking for the best way to start out.  I've been to a few master classes, spent money with no real return, and I'm ready for something real.  I keep hearing about BiggerPockets from successful investors I respect.  So here I am.  Looking forward to learning and sharing.
