Needless to say, I'm beyond excited to learn more, figure out the process, gain confidence, find a core 4, learn more, study more, and I feel that the wheels are finally on track and I have direction and purpose.

Our project involves two cabins and twelve glamping sites and I love when I see people who are excited about this space! 

I understand that I need to keep money aside each month for the big ticket items that will need to be replaced.I'm excited to hear your thoughts and will be more excited to hear that this posts sparks ideas or opportunity for anyone else.Thank you

Though the seller is not likely to be fist-pumping-excited at the idea, it should check the boxes needed for them to close with assurance IF their story is true.

Scaling up with two four-plex's sound's exciting to me and has potential for much more cashflow than what I'm currently receiving from just the duplex, but it definitely comes with more risk having all my savings depleted so quickly.

I am so excited to finally buy a home.
