Hey BiggerPockets community im looking to House Hack in the Houston,Texas area and need recommendations on a great real estate agent and property manager from investors in the area? Im also stuck on deciding that if i keep analyzing properties and i happen to find a great deal and it requires me to move sooner than my lease is up in Charlotte,Nc do i consider ways to get out of my lease or postpone till my lease is up? Any and all opinions are greatly Appreciated.

You can get in touch with @Jamie Pagay, but remember that Houston is VERY big, much bigger than non-Texans think, so you will want to fine-tune your areas so you know you are getting an area expert. Jamie is near Humble and The Woodlands. Also, I would not rush to buy and then have to buy out of your rent since Houston is so hot anyway. The best strategies I've seen for people moving is to make the move, stay in an Airbnb or short-term rental for 3 months while you look to buy. This way you get to know the neighborhoods instead of buying area unseen or from just a weekend visit.
