I was working in a local organic produce store in Paris, France, probably destined for a long, monotone, boring life when I went on a roadtrip in California in 2016 that would change my life.

However, we are finally getting started on organizing our remodel.

I realize it's probably not the best time to be starting a traditional meet-up group, but I think we can organize something via Zoom if we get 5-10 folks interested and lay a foundation for some actual meet-ups once life gets back to normal in a couple months.

And also how to get this information into a neatly organized and user friendly format.Very interesting idea though! 

HOWEVER, there is an interesting way that I found to capitalize on it.I'm also the VP of our city's board of economic development, and our organization has purchased and implemented the locker system.

Come tax time, this takes extra time for my accountant to file and cost me money.I am trying to organize myself and structure myself the correct way moving forward.

For curb appeal you could also maybe a sidewalk or stone path to the doors? 

I'd like to start investing in rental properties, but am completely unsure of how to set it up as business or when I should.I'm aware I should AT LEAST have a separate/certain card to all of my expenses on and have some sort of filing system to note them (quickbooks, excel, etc.).But when did most of you open a business account, setup an LLC or some other organization to operate under?
