Hi, I wanted to get the opinion of the forum if this is something that investors would be interested in. I haven't found any site that curates listings in a specific area that would be prime investments with all the #'s broken out to show expected income/expenses, .etc. I think something like this would take the guess work out for people looking to get started who don't feel comfortable running their own numbers and navigating the market. It would almost be a hybrid turn-key program where the properties haven't been bought yet, they are still on the market, but they are highlighted for the potential opportunity. There would be turnover of the properties as they are put under contract so there would be some maintenance to keep the list refreshed.

What do you think? How would you find the people looking for this service outside of an ad?
