I haven't been able to find a whole lot of info online on this subject so I figured I try here. 

Hi everyone,So I am under 18, but my father is starting his journey in real estate investing, and he wanted an answer to one of his questions, so I am posting it on BiggerPockets because it is the largest real estate investing community online.

Would I still be able to find those lenders online?

I like the second account only because years ago, before Zelle, I just gave out the account info since tenants were okay walking into the bank to deposit because of issues with "pseudo online billpay" and some USPS issues. 

@Ronak Shah no but just like any other online based mortgage company don’t expect great customer service.

I tried to see what other land sold for in the area online and noticed things were cheaper than the price I was given for the land I was considering.

I am currently going through online training to become a licensed real estate agent.

Truth be told, my primary resources were my mentors, some BP podcasts, and various online forums/resources.

His name is listed online as the owner, so another issue I have is the renter in the house is paying rent to me.

I know I can set up an LLC online for much less.
