QUESTION: Can I start/own an LLC on a work visa?

Hi everyone,

So I am under 18, but my father is starting his journey in real estate investing, and he wanted an answer to one of his questions, so I am posting it on BiggerPockets because it is the largest real estate investing community online. So his question was: Can you own an LLC on an H1B visa?
