Hi All,I’m a software engineer doing web development by day and an aspiring REI at night.

I have my 2nd Unit rented to Med students for 16 months already... i only intend on using my unit for AIRBNB since I know I'll be gone Mon-Thurs.... and I have the flexibility to take flights Sunday night and not return until Friday if the users need it for the entire week.

This tenant, who coincidentally has a night job and sleeps during the day, now is faced with listening to jackhammers and construction crews all day long.

However, a neighbor has been complaining the last 3 months that there are hoards of people coming and going from the property every day and that there are cars there at all hours of the day and night and that there must be some type of drug dealing or other suspicious activity going on.

I was READY to submit an offer on a MH last night (in Texas) with the intent of doing owner finance.

The best beaches in Florida aren't as pristine as Maui or Kauai, and Florida surfing is nonexistent and Scuba diving is below average.

It is a dangerous road if you try to drive at night without any headlights.

I'd text a reply and say what is your question.. maybe they are asking to turn in the keys.. or say they have left.. worth a text to ask what is their question,, then you can figure out a reply, I'd drive by and keep a look out for what's up.. not necessarily going in, but checking that the doors aren't hanging wide open.. that they left last night..
