More to Chico than just great beer and CSUC-- how about REI
Hey folks, a newbie here up in Chico. Looking to learn all i can about REI.
Now with some capital reserves wondering about opportunities up here in Chico/Butte/Plumas Cty if any and if there are any REI meet ups or folks around this neck of the woods for mentoring. Also with overall market all in CA being "heated" is it time to wait it out?
Primarily interested in either multifamily or commercial Real estate but at this point many options on the table...
With the area being less economically 'booming' vs other regions in CA yet seemingly at least private home inventory is quite low, what's it like for these other opportunities here?
