This will be the 3rd rental property in my portfolio. with the interest rates being so high I feel Iike a higher down payment could be a good idea over the long run, but I’d like to hear some ides on this, thanks in advance !

It depends on what and where you're holding assets.Say you're a California resident with California real estate, but you set up a Wyoming LLC because someone said it was a good idea.

So if you look at furnished finder etc to find travel nurse rents, and look at area long term rental rates for the area you are considering you will get an idea of what will work financially. 

Ive never sold a property before and have no idea about seller financing.

If rent control did work and was a good idea, shouldn’t we start with food control?
