For example, a great PM is going to know the law, the market, how to screen and evaluate tenants, have the best lease possible, the best way to reach prospective tenants, they're going to have the best vendors possible (who usually are willing to do more for a PM than they would for a private O), they're going to have the best systems, and they're going to be a lot faster and more efficient than you could hope to be because they have processes, systems and checklists for everything. 

I've found it to be insanely helpful for running my projects efficiently.

I would love to find a modular home builder (who can deliver to my area) that builds, strong, efficient, and modularized structures, utilizing these.For foundations, especially in the north country, we need to get way down, like almost 5' deep for a footer + stem wall.

The market is moving quickly in Indy right now - so its important to narrow your focus in order to crunch numbers efficiently and land deals.

I would say the biggest thing it has helped with is being able to quickly and efficiently run comps through the MLS. 

Living in the Bay Area is very difficult with its high cost of living, high mortgages, cut throat competition in the workplace, working long hours.
