Hi BP entrepreneurs,

I am a OOS investor looking to build a portfolio (Multi family and BRRRR) and a team in Indianapolis targeting Noblesville, Greenwood, Lawrence township, Franklin township, Perry township would like to connect with a investor friendly realtor, lender and find a project manager that could run the rehabs if needed. I would also appreciate any suggestions from present or previous investors THANK YOU everyone looking forward to connecting..

@Jorge Carrera don't be surprised if you're not able to find multi families in some of the areas that you mentioned. Inventory is very tight in Indianapolis right now, especially for MF, however, it's almost non existent in Franklin and Perry townships. Those are more affluent areas which don't have a lot of MF to begin with. Be careful of where you do buy however. Most of the MF in Indy is in older, rougher neighborhoods. We've been active in Indy for over 10 years but haven't done a MF there in probably 8 years.
