Posted

Hello everyone, Im new to bigger pockets and was just wondering how everyone gets an idea of rehab costs of a property before you put it under contract? Any information would be much appreciated!

@Jeremy Christensen, like @Evan Polaski said, walking the property with your contractor (or several if you can) and getting detailed bids from them will give you an idea of the costs. I take this data and upload it into Flipper Force's estimating tool and use it to create fairly accurate estimates of what the projects will cost before taking time to walk the project with my contractor.
