Even if do or don’t get your money back by filing you have saved another person from the con artist  This.A "bad contractor database" is something that's needed, along with a "bad tenant database", because there's many things that don't show up on public records, but if investors can look up and contribute to a database, essentially like a credit bureau but 'members only', it may save many people money and aggravation.

It's the same database, if the MLS is where the deals are coming from then you are just going to be getting 5 or 6 of the same email from 5 or 6 other people.

The whole point of text messaging is to make it easier to develop a relationship without picking up the phone so why people think obviously-similar mass texts to a whole database work is beyond me.I adjusted all of the text features inside my system to let them know that it is an automated text and why.

When a company president has to fire their administrative assistant for whatever reason, they don't throw in the towel and say they are now going to just answer the phones and manage the schedules themselves to avoid another experience like that.Also, I'll throw out here that the PM agreement doesn't have to be full-service.

(Have been poking around there for awhile, haven't bought yet, know a local PM who is a great guy and gotten alot of data from him, done alot of database research, been in escrow a few times, but never panned out) Not a complete noob, but also very far from anything resembling really knowledgable.So i am looking at a property, 3/3 2800 sf poolhouse on acreage, has all (or many) of the desireable characteristics that one would want in this market.
