I am getting cold calls every week, sometimes few times a week "I know its out of the blue".

Don't talk to them like they're a cold call because they aren't.

If you really want to explode the number you are reaching out to then get one or a team or cold callers to blast through your lists.

Hey Folks excited to make my first post on here.I just started cold calling and I didn’t see anything on here that went into detail on cold calling and cold calling statistics so I wanted to put something up here and spark a conversation.I’m currently using the mojo triple line dialer and getting my skip traced data from need to skip.

What are some good rebutted for negative answers while cold calling?

I've been noticing in my city that people are building ADU's I may have to cold call them and ask about the appraisal. 

ThanksBenDirect mail can work but cold calling is much more effective for commercial and multifamily.

The upgrades also help along our appraisals, of course, which always need as much help as they can get.We have washers and dryers in all our units, but I also offer to put in hot and cold outlets and electrical for a tenant-provided second washing machine in my rental properties for free, again, something no landlord would normally do and no tenant would normally care about -- yet 50% of MY tenants have gone out and bought themselves a second washing machine to wash their scrubs in.
