I heard through youtube university that we should NOT use home office?

I'm a wholesaler/investor/YouTuber in the Detroit market.

You can gather so much information about investing in Youtube, BP, etc.. that was not there 5-7 years ago.

All my education has been in flipping 5 personal homes and focusing in on single family (books, BP podcasts and YouTube).

The answer seems to be yes across the board (from YouTube, etc) however that will be another big loan we are having to take out, although we would (hopefully) see returns from this investment.

He has good content as does YouTube on how to pick your market and understand the process.
