Rookie here! Near-Future Real Estate Investor

I am going to purchase property in MO very soon. I live in California, but want to establish an LLC in MO- I want to establish business credit as well, but do not know where to have a business address virtually, home address, or an actual office? I heard through youtube university that we should NOT use home office? Im confused. UGH!
