Learning Resources for new MHP investor

Hi all, I'm looking to buy a small park out of area. Suffice to say I need to learn MHPs well to see if this is realistic for me. 

What learning resources can you recommend? The first book I have bought is "The Mobile Home Park Manifesto". I've also seen MHU referenced although at $1,000 for the home study course, it seems like an expensive option (maybe not in the context of doing a bad deal instead)

If free/cheap resources is what you're looking for, there are tons of 'em out there:

Podcasts: MHP Mastery, Mobile Home Parks in Real Life, Mobile Home Park Investors

Free "courses": @Daniel Ryu's youtube channel, MHP Tribe weekly calls & recordings (I'm a member of the group on Facebook so just shoot me a message if you want more info).

Consume many hours of all this free content and you should have a decent foundation. However, I'd also recommend the MHU bootcamp. They're still doing it online, I believe, so you don't get the networking aspect but it's a ton of fantastic information for a fair price. Terrific investment if you're really serious about getting into the space. Plus, it shows others you're serious too.
