Call me old fashioned but I'd prefer to sit down with them and talk things over face to face.  

For example, documenting partners' decision to use the business funds in this fashion and jointly accept the responsibility for the loan.

Brand Reputation - To start, I have had clients that purchased deals from New Western that were good deals but we have also been sent a ton of very overpriced properties from them and unfortunately this has happened so much that it has just left a bad name for the company (in my market). 

I called Service Master and they were able to start working in a timely fashion thankfully. 

When you add in the printing costs, since the city likes to do things the old fashioned way, it was more than then the 3 skilled, experienced and licensed professionals combined.

I have a few good ones if you are near the western suburbs or the west side of Chicago. 

@Alex Ng Because I have worked with my contractor for about 20 years now in some form or fashion( he started out shoveling my roof), he usually walks all of the properties I look at on my initial visits and gives me a rough estimate on cost of rehab and a time frame for completion based on his current schedule and how much time he has to devote to the project.
