Before you cam be a member the bureau will basically vet you as to knowing what you're doing, fair credit reporting practices and the nature of your business.Unless your rents are collected by a member property manager as Steve mentioned your only way to ding credit is by the eviction process which is picked up through legal notices as Bill and Duncan mentioned. :).

Quickbooks won't work for us, I think, because of the nature of the various LLCs we are utilizing.

I'm only now getting to the point where I'd feel comfortable investing where I don't have feet on the ground and even then, I'd tread lightly.

.- Future CAPEX because rehabs where "light" as apposed to complete rehabs.

I was wondering if anyone had any advice or could shed light on the best way or ways for a young person with little money to start.
