Hello BP,

How does a landlord go about dinging a tenants credit report for non-payment of rent?

Thanks In Advance

OG

The "typical" process requires non-payment followed by eviction and a monetary judgement. The exact steps and details vary with the location. Don't know how to ding their credit without the eviction and judgement, perhaps that's what Joe meant by signing up with the Credit Bureaus (probably costs money).
