I'm 22 years old, and I work full-time as a Trauma Critical Care Registered Nurse, I attend school full-time, and I am a Staff Sergeant in the US Air Force Reserves.

Most non payment cases are welfare tenants therefor the government is forcing private landlords, through denying evictions, to house them so the government does not have to provide subsidized housing for them.If landlords had eviction records and understood the system we face the over whelming majority of welfare recipients would never get private housing in Ontario.

The major problem with them being a protected species is that your government business partner may force you to bring the unit to their standards.

This is on short notice after the tenant wanted to renew but recent issues came up at the wrong time forcing them to reconsider. 

At some point you will be forced to push a big increase on them or they will need to move elsewhere and pay hundreds more.

If there is a way to do it then it is worth taking on the challenge to make the profits.Drug dealers do not kill people or draw attention to themselves simply because they are being forced to move.

If you stand against a rock and refuse to move against the bank it could very well die or you could be forced to say "Fine I was just kidding they don't have to sign" (Which may result in the escrow company demanding they sign or some other roadblock).Just my 2 cents and good luck!

If it will not then you force yourself into selling when you decide to move on, and if you can't sell for whatever reason then your stuck.

Those who work at Andrews Air Force Base and Fort Belvoir (among others) live here, so there's a pretty constant demand & it's in a nice area.

But I am very interested in forced appreciation and creating a income generating portfolio.
